My name is Alexandru Bolboacă and I'm an Aspiring Software Craftsman. I have more than 10 years experience in Software Development, both in Romania and in European countries like France, UK, Belgium and Switzerland. Because I've always wanted to teach developers how to develop faster and better I started the Software Craftsmanship movement in Romania, I'm training people, program with teams and speak at conferences.

I've realized recently that in order to develop better software we need to understand the way the brain works, so I've read a lot about it and started linking these studies with the practices known to be effective in software development. I've written and talked about this, and I plan to work more on this path.

Otherwise, I like to cook, read, play games, learn, think and talk about interesting stuff with interesting people. I also like to guide foreigners through Bucharest and Romania, and sometimes host them, in exchange of interesting discussions.

Feel free to participate or to contact me at any point.

Thank you for your visit!
